What challenges prompted you to relaunch your website?

‘We are a traditional stone mill operation using a historical water mill to produce our range of flours and bread. We supply a lot of restaurants, local and regional bakeries and wholesalers and hold a regular Farmers Market on site so we want to make it as easy as possible for all of these people to get the information they need and order with us.

“We had an existing website that we had put together ourselves but knew it needed improving and more information added. We met with Bob and the team and had a really positive experience, from the kick off call, through a couple of iterations, all the way to site launch.

“The new website helps a lot with promoting the farmers market at the mill, which takes place on the first Sunday of every month. The site is doing a great job of collecting email addresses, building our mailing list, promoting events and products and driving up inbound enquiries. We already have over 50 wholesale partners but the website is also great for capturing new wholesale enquiries and building the business further. By telling the story of the Mill and the story of us, it is drawing a lot of new interest.

“Working with the team was a pleasure - they are really approachable with similar ethics to our own and highly responsive. As a small business we really enjoy supporting other small businesses too.

“The next step will be to automate order submission for wholesalers, so we will be talking to Bob and the team about that when the time comes.”
