What challenges prompted you to relaunch your website?

“We had a basic website when I first joined the organisation and didn't have the expertise to do what we wanted to do or knowledge of the backend or how best to address SEO. We wanted someone we could speak to directly on both web development as well as someone to advise on the best next steps and improvements.

“Our initial requirement was for a website to promote the celebration of Neurodiversity Week and it was clear from the start the team knew what they were doing and after the successful delivery of this first site, we soon decided to partner with them to rebuild our main website from the ground up.

“We wanted a site that was more accessible, cleaner looking and a lot more energized and dynamic - all within our brand guidelines. The ideas generation and review process, working with Luis, all went brilliantly. He is amazing; responsive and communicative and we are confident he can resolve issues there and then; we don't have to wait days and weeks to get fixes done and he obviously knows his stuff.

What do you like about the Sustainable Digital approach?

The Sustainable Digital team were very helpful, I was really impressed; the communication was (and continues to be) amazing, they were responsive to anything we needed and the quality of work is fantastic. It is a great partnership that continues to progress; it is one huge weight off to have a trusted partner.

We have a lot of face to face calls and the team very happily slot in with our ways of working, which makes our lives a whole lot easier!

Now we have a site that supports all of our email and social media campaigns and our offline assets that we send out too. As we figure out our plans and priorities we look forward to working more with the Sustainable Digital team.
